The best choice
This software is easy to setup and use. The price is competitive and can be afforded also in very little company or offices (SOHO) assuring security at low cost. The availability of the transporter module with most of NAS system (also SOHO) let the company work also with low cost devices. The option to have a flash VM boot reduces the RTO and the forever incremental backups (very fast) reduces the RPO.

Recommend ContractSafe
I highly recommend ContractSafe for anyone looking for a straightforward, easy to use contract management system. The most important item for me is the calendaring function/email reminders. No more negative option contracts rolling over because someone forgot to calendar a date. Not with ContractSafe. I like the feature in the reminder section that allows the user to click on a menu of what happens upon expiration (renewal vs. termination). If you are looking for a great way to keep your contracts organized and to receive reminders of key dates, this is a must have product.

Perfect contract organizer for growth companies
We needed a way to keep all our legal docs organized, but we didn't have time to slow down and implement some complex software product. ContractSafe was perfect! It's affordable and we were up-and-running immediately. It keeps everything organized so going through deal diligence is a snap. Finally...a simple solution for cumbersome contract management!
Working in the technology space, I manage a lot of vendor contracts. We've had multiple contracts auto-renew on us because of missed deadlines to cancel or rightsize the agreement. With ContractSafe, we never have to worry about that again. It's also great having all of our agreements in one place for quick viewing. The notifications are excellent for giving us the proper time to re-negotiate with the vendors.

NHD - Simply Great!
We've used NHD for a number of years now and they continually evolve and add features to this great tool, support is great, friendly and very helpful. You can ask for features to be added and they'll do their best to incorporate them into the product as soon as possible to make it as easy for you to use and to fill any requirement you have. It's so customizable it's unreal, with options for just about everything you can think of. Ticket management is so easy, as are the web interface for end users, and mobile interface for technicians.

really good, made things so much easier
Been using NetHelpDesk for a while now and it is amazing. we use it across all our departments so its easy to communicate between departments rather than using different systems and not being able to cross over. The integration with Microsoft SCCM was another one of the main reasons we chose NetHelpDesk and it seamlessly fits together. The after sales support is fantastic, any time we have got in contact there has been a resolution over the phone then and there or pretty soon after if it needs to be worked on by developers. Would highly recommend the software to anyone, with so many features it could work in any type of business regardless of size and industry.

What I think of Net Helpdesk
We moved away from another ticket management system which had too many features for our needs, and was more designed for CRM. For the cost we find NHD to be very productive for our business. The best thing is the ease of reporting, getting the data back out in easy to read formats. The previous system we using for this was extremely complex. Their support engineers are extremely efficient and professional, nothing is ever too much hassle.

We were unfortunate in that Halo was experiencing growing pains when we started. We have been waiting 6-8 weeks on Halo to provide us with enough help to go live with it. The UK support team is great if you call in but if you submit a ticket to them either email or portal you will probably wait for days to get a response.

The help the team gave setting it up was invaluable as we didn't have the time to implement this in-house alone. The previous system we used had very poor reporting so having the huge number of out of box reports was fantastic and a time saver.
