Reliable lifesaver with straightforward tools
Crashplan has saved me multiple times, and makes it extremely easy to jump online and download a file that you either lost, or need a backup file for. We almost lost our core accounting company file, and I was able to recover an earlier version of the file in minutes. The setup took no time at all, and I get regular updates every time something is backed up. Love having this product keeping our information safe in the background.

I have had the Pleasure of getting to use this software over the past few month and I really like it. It has helped me out on tons of projects and task in my line of work. It is very easy to use and our clients love it too. We are allowed to set up a clients machine in no time and show them how to effective this tool has been for us.

Great back up plan
We have used CrashPlan for several years. So far we have been fortunate not have needed to use it to reinstall, but it's good to know it's there if we do. I don't even have to think about it. It runs in the background. I get an email report every so often telling me the status of each computer and if it has been successfully backed up or if it needs to be. I haven't had to deal with Customer Support, at least not in years, so I supposed that earns a 5-star rating!

I love the ability to integrate it into LDAP. The ease of use for deployment of the application to a laptop and or desktop is seamless. The dashboard is very easy to use and has useful information right on the main page. Customer service is amazing with Code42.Everyone is very willing to help and is very professional. They take pride in their product and see this as a value.

Good, but room for improvement
We switched from Freshservice over from Zendesk. We were pleased that there wasn't much, if anything, that we gave up when switching over from a paid Zendesk account to a Free Freshservice account. We are still pleased overall with Freshservice, and have no plans to switch back to Zendesk. The dashboard and reporting are pretty basic, but still functional.

Complete safe support of my client needs. Safe repository for client information and records. No worries about HIPAA compliance. Performance was quick and reliable. There was an upgrade in features, which made the calendar different to use from before, but one question to tech support solved that issue quickly.

A complete stack for full text search
Elasticsearch might be overkill if you are working with a small or mid-sized applications. However it's a serious solution for big-scale apps that are dealing with millions of records. The setup of the Elasticsearch might seem easy, but the maintenance is not. If you have simpler needs, I would suggest the full-text search functionality of modern PostgreSQL versions.

As a user of PDF Filler, I have found I can do so much and I try to when put to the challenge. I have many ways to adjust files and docs to my needs or the needs of my Agency or Management. My fault lies in my own lack of knowledge sometimes or my being scared to try to edit or sign something. Yet I can do so much more than I actually have to it amazes me. It is nice when I have to work on the go and don't have a lot of traditional options as i would use before-print, fill, sign,fax-etc. Stuff like that. I get great simplified organization here and it is right on point.I will keep growing and using this over time.

I needed a way for clients to access a fillable PDF via link multiple times throughout a process and give access to this same form to other team members to sign off on different stages of the process. pdfFiller made this very easy to do I was able to teach this to my team in 10 minutes so we were able to integrate this into our workflow.

Say yes to PDFfiller.
I was able to take a 30+ page PDF file, highlight areas of significance, add sticky notes and/or note boxes where I needed to remember a particular point in the lengthy document filled with legal jargon. Which made things SO much easier for me. Although I have listed a few things that I wish were different, overall the product is a great one. I had one difficult experience with a file, but otherwise everything has been amazing. I would absolutely recommend PDFfiller to anyone needing the tools it offers.

We really like it - I've not had any issues with usability, nor have any of my employees. I've helped some of our customers use the program to customize some of our forms for their own use with their information on it (sample requests from different sales reps, for example). It's proven to be very helpful - very affordable and a perfect alternative to a more robust Adobe-like program.

Great ITIL support product
This product is really outstanding, we conducted a review of multiple service management tools and this came out on top. This gives us much more than call logging, there is the ability to set up full SLA criteria based on details logged by the users. When customers log calls depending on the information they provide means that the case they log can be sent to a specific queue for a specific team. Ability to see full detail about customer logging call: asset information, contact information and previous calls. There is a self help option to the product too which can assist with users basic enquiries.

Arcane and painful
I find OTRS to be deficient in many areas, but most especially in its administrative back end. Its installation and configuration is incredibly arcane; Its LDAP integration is a nightmare; and the documentation is more often then not vague, inaccurate, or flat out incorrect. It's upgradability is virtually null. A support contact with OTRS will buy you nothing more than a tech telling you (via email) that you have to pay almost that same amount (per incident) for an onsite technician to decipher code. The only area that OTRS seems to have an advantage is it's ability handle HTML email within the ticket and a good attachment handler. However, unless you have a dynamite MySQL DBA, a PERL programmer with years of experience, and an MIT educated Linux administrator on staff, stay away from OTRS! Don't be seduced by the fantasy of Pay for Support Open Source! Also, don't be strong-armed into considering purchasing their Cloud Based solutions. There are cheaper and better services out there.

A great Management Tool
I started using Wrike by working with a World Leader Marketing Manager as a creative vendor. It took me by surprise the capabilties of edition and communication. It covers mails, voice mails, SMS, chatbox all in one place with a unique and strong tools for editing video and images to add notes and comments inside assets inside the Dashboard. The UI is very modern and helful, so I highly recommend the tool for any Marketing, Advertising, Social Media, Video Production and Gaming professional

Helped me "get out there."
I was initially curious. How might this help get my blog a bigger audience? Now that I've been using it awhile I've noticed that people who might have missed the blog the first time now comment because they get little nibbles at different times. It's been a positive experience, and the support is excellent.

Great service to help with long term promotion
I really like that the service automatically imports my blog posts and then creates samples of potential posts I can use for the campaign to promote the blog post.
