JSD has a lot to offer, but requires a lot to learn
JSD offers a lot for any company needing to maintain a service desk to manage the support requests it handles from its clients/customers. Because it is a Jira (Atalassian) product, it is most likely utilized along with other Jira tools, and plays quite well with those. Due to this integration aspect, thought, the layers of security necessitated within user settings requires a considerable amount of learning/training, which is not easily attained without paying for it from Atalassian. And, while I understand, respect (and even applaud) the market-oriented principle of this, it does seem a bit intentional that there are no reliable helps available outside of Atlassian (for example, any tutorials you will find on YouTube for assisting with certain user configs, settings, steps, etc. are applicable to much older versions of the software, and to a great extent, are not applicable to the current version). This would not be a negative aspect if Jira did a much better job at keeping their own internal (free) help docs, etc. up to date, so as to apply to the current version, as well. Instead, if one wants highly dependable "helps" it appears the best way to achieve that is to pay Atlassian for their training courses (at prices that are obviously calibrated toward larger companies/corporations. And blindly undertaking such would seem risky if judged by the extent to which their free user tools are kept up to date. This is not, to my knowledge, the common experience with most apps.

Excellent service and project management tool
For the past five years, I've been using Jira, and during that time I've noticed a big improvement just about every time. It has been easy for us to keep track of the work that other teams have completed by logging it and adding service level agreements. You can use it to delegate tasks within your team, track progress on common goals, and share updates with your colleagues in real time or behind closed doors. Because of this, it is an incredible instrument.

Great Product
The software is easy to use. I was able to begin using the system even before my first official training due to their on-line training videos. The customer service is wonderful and I received excellent live training from my instructor Richard. Brad has also been available from the very beginning of our business relationship. I inherited the contracts management for my company. I refused to manage contracts using tons of spreadsheets. Now I don't have too. I am very pleased with this system.

Users can also record and report departures from baseline through design and production for configuration status accounting, for both enterprise configuration management and DoD (Department of Defense) configuration management. CMPRO DBA WITH LOTS OF TIME USING CMPRO
As a CMPRO DBA I log a lot of hours on CMPRO. I find the software very easy to use, but only gave it 4 stars because some of my users disagree with that. In response, CMPRO's user interface is being changed to make it easier for the average user to perform their jobs. One of the big Pros of CMPRO is the Customer Service. I know that if I need some help or changes or explanations or training, PSA is there to help me out. Using the built in issue reporting I get my issues straight to our dedicated contact or I can also call them direct. The issue reporting also allows regular users to turn in their issues. The training for CMPRO is also well done. We were able to set up monthly training sessions with one of the CMPRO trainers that is done on-line. The User's Guide that is built into CMPRO is well written and easy to navigate. The CMPROficiency website contains lots of information and tutorials to help with everything from process to just use. The annual CMPROficiency training introduces users to new developments and also allows users to connect with other CMPRO users and learn of ways that they are using CMPRO. One Pro and Con is that the software is continually evolving, from a different user interface to make it easier to navigate to added built in forms that follow CM requirements to new privilege structures. Our group has also requested a few customized forms to be built for our use. The process is easy and the support throughout is excellent.

DOCCN and Workflows
Kerry and Kelly did an outstanding job of teaching the ALMDS team DOCCN and workflows. The PSA staff not only taught the ALMDS team proper procedures in CMPRO but as hosts they setup coffee, drinks (water and soda), snacks, cookies and donuts. None of which was asked for but was greatly appreciated we offered to pay but they would not accept it. I would look forward to more classes in the future.

Configuration Management Professional (CMPRO) Software
In my experience, CMPRO is the best CM tool on the market. The workflow engine is extremely powerful and very flexible. it enables us to create very complicated custom work processes to track documents and drawings through their revision processes. It allows us to track software and hardware parts/programs over the products lifetime from design and contracting through manufacturing, maintenance/sustainment, and ultimately through disposal. We can store every type of document related to the process (MSWord, Excel, CAD, .pdfs, etc.) It is flexible enough to allow a range of processes from simple document storage in a repository, or to require strict revision control of changes to drawings and software updates. A user can become proficient in using CMPRO's functionality with minor training. The function/format of the search, create, and detail screens is standardized across the product. If you can use one, you can use all of them. Professional Systems Associates (PSA), the tools creator, is responds quickly to problem reports. They are also extremely responsive to user suggestions for new and/or improved user interface suggestions from their clients. Over the 15 years that I have been involved with the tool, they have made major changes to the software multiple times to make it more flexible, and powerful so even the most complicate workflows could be designed and automated by on-site administrative users. Reporting is made simple by making all standard search screen results exportable. The user can simply choose between a variety of output formats (including, xls, xlm, txt, pdf, etc.) before running the search. In addition, there is an ad hoc reporting feature that makes ALL fields in a table retrievable and allows more complicated criterion filtering and more extensive formatting possible. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with the tool and have NOT found any other tool we explored to be superior.

I used autotask for 2 years at an IT firm. We used it for ticketing and CRM. I found it to be a pretty steep learning curve but once you had it it was very easy to use.

Great tool for IT support
Autotask is a great tool for IT and support companies for managing contracts with clients. Contract setup and tracking are great. The initial setup and linking to QB can be a bit tricky, but once setup and talking correctly, it is a big time saver that offers communication between the operations and accounting.

Improved our business
Before using Autotask Pro our main issue were dropped client requests and communication problems. This has changed a lot with Autotask Pro. My employees especially like the ability to put tickets in, check the history of all tickets and the possibility to invoice clients in just a few clicks. My personal plus factor of this software is that it is web based and accessible from any web browser or mobile phone and, of course, I like that now I can see everything that's going on in my business in only one program.

Feature Heavy and easy Proposal Generation
The interface on the back end was easy and powerful. The integration to Word made for a standard template to be easily edited and uploaded. GUI was slick . The tracking feature also made for post proposal ease after submittal. WORLDS ahead of my old way of editing a word document.

Unum's review of Mikrofax
Mikrofax meets all of our PO and MI needs whilst still retaining it's user friendliness. Mikrofax strength is it's customer support. Despite being provided from the States, all our queries get resolved more or less straight away, with the utmost transparency, be it small questions or more complex questions regarding system moficiations.

Reliable and strong product
We have been running it for 2 years and we were happy to write a review per the Mikrofax's teams request. We have had no issues or problems - the system hasn't missed a beat since it was installed and has made our process's far more efficient. We have slowly expanded its use over time and we would recommend it.

Best functionality for the price
Rolling out across our entire hotel brand worldwide after an exhausting research effort - so happy we found Mikrofax and the eBA system. Functionally rich system, best price performance ratios that we found and also it can be customized to out specs and will integrate into all our 3rd party apps.

Simple to use, setup - is also flexible and powerful in the back end
So simple to setup - we were operational within 2hrs of it being activated - linked to Quickbooks - it automatically sync'd our vendors and chart of accounts and we started raising orders. The vendor portal is one of the best features - really engages the suppliers into the buying process. We are now going to be rolling out the RFQ module to our users. The team at Mikrofax are very easy to work with.

Efficient and simple to use
We got this to gather raw requisition data from our engineers the field - it used to be done by emails and our purchasing lady was overwhelmed with inbound information. Now its all done for her by the requestors themselves who also much prefer this method. Order are all auto-approved by the head of department so its really seamless and has improved our efficiency and throughput - very happy and yes I would recommend it.

Very easy to deploy
I was responsible for sourcing and overseeing the deployment of this solution at Dresser Kellogg Energy - the Mikrofax team were very supportive with both the required functional changes and training and were instrumental in making the project a total success. Overall we are very impressed and happy with the system - we managed to get it implemented with minimal changes and it has been 100% reliable since installation.

Logical system - easy to use
After the training we found it very easy to use - fit perfectly with our workflow and we didn't have to change anything. We really liked the fact that they could open their back end database for us to run our own reports and integrate it into our finance system. We currently only have the basic req-to-check modules but we are now looking at asset management and the full invoice approvals suite. We would recommend both this system and Mikrofax as a company.

We use the Agiloft product to manage all of our communications equipment. The system was designed to track assets and provide a ticketing system for generating work orders for repair and maintenance of our assets. We have also added a contacts module that has the capability of tracking maintenance and service contracts at the asset level. This was a large undertaking and we found both the Agiloft product and team members to be outstanding.

It's Perfect and It works
If you're looking for a low cost help desk out of the box with great scaling capabilities and want to simply define workflows with GUI and easy to build rules. This is your product. Everything else will either be feature deficient or extremely overbuilt and require a software engineer to manage for you.

EW Adapts to our needs as we grow
Enterprise Wizard is great for our business. Initially started out as a ticketing system for our support team is now being used through out company to streamline all workflows and processes. The process of automation make you really look at existing workflows and processes and that is the hardest part of the whole process. But it nice that we didn't have to change our processes to work with EW, we could just program EW to work the way we wanted it to work.

A unique and flexible platform for automating your business
ENKI chose Agiloft (formerly Enterprise Wizard) for automating its customer service and sales operations. After using other SaaS (software-as-a-service) platforms that were more expensive and less flexible, ENKI found that Agiloft gave us the ability to rapidly deploy and update our business process automation to match our fast-paced business. We are now beginning to use Agiloft for automating other customer-facing and internal operations processes as well. Customization is quick and easy. And Agiloft's support and sales team is responsive and more importantly, listens to our needs and requests, which is rare in the industry. Pros: Easy and flexible graphical customization, software-free customization, a variety of "canned" applications included, can be self-hosted or leased as a service, comprehensive and expert onshore support, responsive management team. Cons: Lack of accounting and billing packages/features means we have to interface to other tools when we like this one better! User interface would benefit from additional flexibility by providing full application-like interfaces for casual users and end-customers to access all the features.
