HoneyBook has been an essential CRM platform for me and my wife's side-business ventures
My wife and I run a small business off to the side that focuses on piano recital tutoring for young people. Much of our business has come through ad-hoc contact development, and we initially had a time working without proper customer interaction and proposal tools. We started using HoneyBook relatively recently, and it's definitely changed our approach to our side-small business by making bookings, CRM, and proposal development much easier.

Not Solopreneur Friendly
My overall experience was neutral. I enjoyed the instant deposit feature but the fees were higher than the industry standard. I did not like the difficulty of other features and made the experience unenjoyable for clients and myself.
