Best for ticket tracking

I like the integration of all the functions. The platform also has kanban boards so you can see all the tickets and the status they are on and it works great to show on daily standup meetings.

Significant improvement over a simple Jira board but complex to set it up

I love the automation part and this makes it much more productive compared to a regular Jira board. So I can only recommend it.
