Customer Support lacking
A very useful tool but lacks in documentation. It surely made my life easier, but every time for technical issues you need to call up, which are of course helpful, but documentation is of no to a little help. Needs to work on it. Otherwise a decent tool.

Great product!
The Software performs the task we need very well. I find the Support Staff extremely helpful. The MC Team bends over backwards to help overcome any issues I have had with the software. Many times they can assist me over the phone with a webex or talking me through code changes. MC has also incorporated many of the interim changes into the next software release.

Maintenance Connection works very well when I need to submit a work order for Maintenance.
The software is easy to work with and allows me to submit work orders quickly. It also allows me to relay detailed information to our Maintenance team in regards to maintenance related needs.
