It was easy to use, and our staff adopted OnTask rapidly. OnTask became the single source solution for our fillable forms, internal/external surveys, and authorization process. We were amazed to see it could integrate with our CRM but was not dependent on it. Our business has become more predictable and our processes no longer slow us down.
