Great & easy to use

When I started using Quickbase, I found it easy to use and very intuitive! We are still currently building certain aspects of our app, streamlining proccesses etc and I am the person spearheading that which is quite an undertaking. I am enjoying the process though and there's with a ton of support along the way from the Quickbase team. Just need to rearrange my schedule so I can spend even more time in Quickbase...

Excellent easy to use software catering to larger companies

I have been using Quickbase for many years. I have seen it evolve to the product it is today. It has been very reliable, easy to learn and great due to it's web based foundation. The mobile experience could be a bit better although it has come a long way. It also lacks the ability to control outside input from customer and others without creating accounts for them which add to the cost. This is a no brainer application for larger companies who can afford the monthly fees. For small businesses it may be difficult to justify.

We use quick base as a CRM, we keep track of our customer opportunities/activities/call logs/ email logs/ etc.

Fine software for smaller businesses

It's fine for tracking our jobs, it's pretty simple to use, but it doesn't work well with some of the aspects of our business, without rewriting code through formula fields.
