Easy to create forms and automate where they go

Overall, it is a good document retention solution. When I get additional information about the additional features, it seems like an even better solution. Unfortunately, our IT department is not staying current on rolling those features out.

Dragging and dropping docs into this system is great.

Have been using this product for 20+ years. Since it was Fortis, then SmartSearch, to GlobalSearch, and for every transition the S9 team has been a great asset to making the change go smoothly

We are storing all of our legal documents, tax returns, account payable checks, journal entries, ACH/Wire documents and a few other random documents. We have security in place but storing them here allows our other divisions to view these items and eliminate the need for copies stored at their site.
