With Square Invoices, users can select items to create invoices without needing to manually enter or recheck cost amounts. Invoices can be sent directly to customers via email, and users can also print paper copies as required. Users can customize invoices with company logos, color schemes, and default ‘thank you’ messages or terms or service. Customers can pay invoices in person, by check, or online using their debit or credit card, and are not charged any fees for making payments.
