I use Dotloop on a daily basis to manage my real estate transactions, complete documents, send them for E- signatures to all parties, send documents for audit to our department. Not to forget setting reminders for any tasks.It makes my life easy!!

As a Realtor Dotloop is easy to process my transactions through and as a designer needing Work contracts processed too I am able to keep everything in one place. Sometimes multiple job order changes can occur and with Dotloop I'm able to add the changes and sign off on them through one space keeping my paperwork linked together neatly. When I upload to my Worth Clark system as I finish a transaction I also am able to connect the two together for a smooth transition.

Saves so much time because each file is stored by whatever name you give it. Every feature I have needed is on this document storage. Even separating mass documents into individual ones!

I can't think through enough accolades to describe how much I love this. Easy to learn. Easy to use. Makes my life feel like it is in perfect order. I love the help desk! I love the things you can customize! I love that you don't let me delete things. I love how I can rearrange my loops. I love how I can download, upload and edit documents. In my life everyone uses the term "intuitive, " and in my life tools are never aligned with my intuition, except for this one! Then the mobile version--oh my gosh I love it.
