My experience with Asset Panda is really good, we are using this tool for more than 3 years now and out growth is exponential since last 1.5 year and its still reliable to fulfill our needs

Our experience has been a good one. The Support Team provides excellent support with great response times, which is important when you are stuck on something.

Asset Panda is being utilized to manage and track desktops, laptops, tablets and printers. The system was very easy to configure and importing existing data was quick and accurate. There have been some hiccups with issues that support resolved quickly.

Assets lists ensure that the user (currently logged on) only gets to see assets tagged to him. The list can get really detailed (item, model number, status, etc.). It is easy to organize your assets (e.g., according to type, or date acquired) for you to keep track of it. Apart from the list, one can also add updated photos (or even videos) of your assets. I bet this is super useful for the Tech support teams. Doing an asset audit is only made easy via Group actions --- this is especially useful if you have a ton of assets tagged to you. Complete audit can be done with just a few clicks. We usually have a yearly audit (sometimes even a special audit out of season). Doing an asset report is easy as well, just a few clicks to generate and download asset reports for yourself, or even for the department. The other way around, i.e., Asset import is as easy as well. Coming from a different (home brewed asset mgt portal), migration into Asset Panda was done via a simple asset import. This is cloud-based and is supplemented by an accompanying mobile app (for easy update or upload of data/photos/etc). The barcode feature makes life super easy for the auditors.
