We went from tracking assets via a spreadsheet to full asset management in Asset Panda. With the spreadsheet, it was impossible to keep track of asset location (i.e. if it's in transit, if it's in for repair, if it's being tested before re-entering circulation) and other relevant information (i.e. warranty upgrades, notes from IT team on assets, etc.). Now we can do all of that!

Easiness of initial implementation and even more flawless asset post management

Entering in Assets and tracking their book value is very easy with Asset Panda. In addition, we've started using barcodes with Asset Panda and it's helped us keep better track of our assets.

Asset Panda is a highly manageable avenue where there is remote access, communications, Marketing, among many different business roles. Further, Asset Panda has outlined the business budgeting options, which brings clarity.
