Does it's Job well!
It's been really good. As mentioned in the "Cons", the only down fall is we've had the freedom to make a mess of some of our documentation, and we've had to re-organize a couple times, but that's on us more than on them.

IT Glue - The best storage of all IT items
It's the best place to save passwords, contacts, documentation, and everything. No more spreadsheets that can be compromised, or not kept updated. The audit log is good too so you can see who or when something was updated.
