I like the things you can do with this product but just felt like we had other software in place that could gather this stuff for us so we didn't need to spend the money right now.

The product is easy to use and always runs well. Interface is intuitive. We have only had one issue that was resolved quickly via hepde desk call.

Once it's setup, there is little/no maintenance required. Super convenient screen recording when someone logs into a server.
