It has been a tool of great help, as it enables maintaining employee records, accounts remotely. It has removed duplication of efforts and helped in efficient management of data. Remote access has been a great feature.

Rippling is user-friendly for both ICs and managers, and its design choices make accessing HR/Payroll tools (like Time Off, Pay, Benefits) a fun experience. I even get a nice hit of dopamine when the "You Got Paid" email comes through with the exciting (and cute) graphics. I especially find the Time Off functionality extremely useful and streamlined, and it's great to keep track of my team's requests and upcoming PTO all in one place.
