Great product for what it is and can do, just wish the remote access worked faster.

I appreciate the pricing and functionality of this software. It may be basic in comparison to other applications, but it does a good job with hardware inventory and software patch tracking. I also like the remote control ability. Not as robust as some application, but is still very useful.

Action 1 is the best tool to visualize and control all my assets remotely and the best thing is the update of my equipment in terms of security and third party software of my equipment in terms of security and third party software, fully recommended and easy to configure and use.
