They will make up policy to get you to sign, get on a zoom call to “help” set up but it’s really just there to push you into a subscription and misrepresent the contract. Tell you there’s a cancellation fee but really they just disable your account and charge you for the year upfront with repeated threats of collection.. all within the trial period. Soon as they “lock you in” they begin increasing price as well.

It is easy to use and the ability to customize.

We were astounded at the possibilities and potential of what we could do with Caspio. We needed a lot of support at the beginning (being non-developers) and we got it every step of the way! Caspio has not only fabulous support, but tremendous patience :) We were able to create all the fillable forms and databases we needed to flesh out the intangible (idea) to the tangible (website).

Great experience so far. It allows us to maintain our database and help us to communicate and reach them when needed.
