I use it to manage our IIS farm and I can manage to do a lot of troubleshooting especially when I'm not at the office. Has saved the company of outages, etc due to the quick overview of the problems.

It gives me the relevant information about my servers in an easy to understand form. The monitoring is customisable and links to a nifty mobile app which is excellent
