My overall experience with Wrike is excellent and I appreciate everything the developers offers through this great tool. Highly recommend.

With Wrike, there is so much we can do. First, it makes IT management easy, it comes with help desk features, it makes scheduling and time tracking easy Project and task management is easy too.

We originally looked for better enterprise software for reporting and analytics at our consulting firm. After a lot of thinking and integrating ideas among heads of our firm, we landed upon Wrike. So far, the experience has been great. The customizability and ease of use are definite highlights in my opinion.

The platform stands out for facilitating fluid communication between team members, which is very productive. I also like that Wrike allows for easy work handovers between teams through well-designed workflows and easy approvals. Its versatility shines in the multiple views it offers (be it table, Gantt or dashboards) that meet different individual needs.

It's a great application for monitoring and executing my projects, however I often encounter difficulty when synchronizing discussions.
