Very easy interface and well written tree on how to connect apps. The whole backend makes it easy to understand how to connect apps. They do a great job of adding more connections all the time and do a great job listening to their customers.

The product is easy to use. The manual does all the work we have to do.

The ability to have a command centre across different e-commerce products and investments has an immediate cost-reductive effect of time saved, and the time SyncSpider has allowed us to reclaim on building a custom solution has been fantastic. What I am most looking forward to, however, is the development of the product in the future and where the team will take it - the SyncSpider team appears to be well-engaged with their users so far, so I look forward to seeing the tool evolving and growing over time.

The multichannel inventory management feature. As soon as they have their Amazon marketplace integrations up and running, this will be a formidable tool. Until then not so much. But customer support has reassured me multiple times that these integrations are vital to their business and they are working on it. I believe them.
