The problems that we had were primarily with the people at RingLead. We came with a very specific business case and were assured and essentially sold on a false premise. It took several painful months to learn that neither the services dept, nor the tool could actually do what we needed. The experience was so bad, we were credited a free year with the service. We didn't end up using it because at that point it wasn't adding any value.

We feel that the Data Management aspect of Ringlead is helpful to our efforts. Customer support has been excellent.

Overall, it's my favorite prospecting tool.

Overall I am very pleased with the platform and it's effectiveness with our crm integration.

it handles our lead routing process perfectly. good for deduping.
