We love Jelly

We do services with our church, and have links to those Live services on our website and in other apps. Prior to Jelly, I would have to go in and change those links prior to each service to point to the correct link. With Jelly, I set up my service, and change my link in Jelly, and all of my website links and other apps point to the new URL automatically. There is only one place I go to update or schedule a link to be changed or updated.

Save Your Time; Use a Different Site

Using this site has been a complete waste of time. I set up an account on a Wednesday. I was willing to pay for the service, because of the overall intuitiveness and clean look appealed to me. The issue came when my shortened link lead to a redirect page, because my new account needed to be verified via email. Okay, makes sense. I sent the email to customer service on a Thursday morning. They messaged me back Saturday afternoon with "Hey whats up". I looked pasted this, already being this far into the process. I let the rep know I needed my account verified, so that I could proceed with my ecommerce business. Two days later, they sent a questionnaire. I answered the questions then received no response, despite me repeatedly messaging them for an update across a whole week. This was the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL customer service experience. A great site RUINED by customer service; or lack thereof.

Very useful tools and compete link management for marketers.

I've been looking for a way to easily share content and URLs, Jelly URL is a super simple and easy way to share and save content, it's very fast, I love the way it looks and it's easy to use, and the best of all, it's free.

JellyURL helped make our event a success

At our event, we used one button for all the sessions. We scheduled that link to change as the sessions changed, so no one would ever accidentally join the wrong session. It made the customer experience so much easier.
