Robust yet easy to use
Celoxis is an outstanding product in terms of features, customization, and ease of use. Our organization moved from Word docs and Excel worksheets to Celoxis and were pleasantly surprised at how flexible an off the shelf solution could be for our dynamic project plans. As a customer for nearly 5 years, I can say that the efforts put in to expanding the feature set and enhancing the user experience are tended to tirelessly. The product has evolved significantly over the course of time with no signs of slowing down. The support team is quick to reply to support requests, in addition to responding to nearly all comments on the user forums. One of the differentiating features compared to similar products, is the capability to manage resources. This feature is essential to forecasting capacity and analyzing utilization. The product should be considered a top 5 tool in the industry.

My Time With Celo
I only used Celo for about three weeks so I can't speak to this software as much as I'd like to. That being said, it gets the job done and is pretty comprehensive. Ideally, they would make the reports more aesthetically pleasing and the dashboard would generate a list of projects that you frequent the most. Finding projects and tasks in Celo is like trying to find a Quentin Tarantino film that doesn't involve a mass murder scene. It just isn't going to happen. Pro: you can do a lot with this software Con: it's not user friendly
