Very quick customer/tech support when I have questions.

Despite what I said on the cons, I really like them that they always keep adding apps very quickly. The connections between applications can be done very quickly after you master the tool, the support is very good and they always upload videos to youtube explaining how to connect applications and use their tools. If they continue as they are, without a doubt they will be one of the best in their field.

Cheap App Automation platform but the catch is it doesn't work.

Overall my experience has been good, Its easy to use and it just runs in the background without any real maintenance.
