The overall experience is good. Soap note feature is extremely helpful with the added sentences. It obviously needs a lot of improvements.

I do enjoy the ease of use and how it is not intrusive to practice with this application at the side of the screen.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the overall functionality of this application. It is time saving and well worth the investment. My clinical practice has improved dramatically as I can now focus on what the patient is telling me as opposed to looking at my computer screen.
