Very positive. I think it's the market leader in visibility and observability. I am saying this having worked with Splunk, Grafana and other similar products.

Overall my experience has been good, but I would like better product support for the various use cases my organization has and an easier more competitive billing structure is needed.

See pros and cons. My experience is mostly great. My go-to tool given the funds are there. Just be aware that support is lacking. I would love to see this improve and it would help us greatly if we were able to reliably get good help.

It's robust features and capabilities allowed us to gain valuable insights into our system's performance. Using the option to add custom metrics opened new way of monitoring our project.
