The automatic backup was very useful, when it worked. If all of my data was backed up consistently it would be the best backup software I've used.

I enjoyed the ease of the program running at night to keep all of my data backed up and secure. It also was wonderful to click a link and have everything restored to the new computer after my harddrive failed.

Overall, I like the security of this and I feel like it has done a great job of managing to keep our files clean. I like that while its running you are able to see the progress.
