Reliable File Syncing/Backup

Backup, backup, backup. I use this to keep a redundant backup going between a NAS Drive and 2 external backup drives. The best software I have ever bought.

Avoid

That software is not doing the job for us and we had to set it up a weird way so that it can handle a basic workflow such as pushing a file from location A to B

It used to be good

It used to be good, but then one day just decided not to work. I contacted support and got an immediate response informing me that they do not support the older version. I updated to the latest version. Unfortunately, that version has never worked. It crashes every time. (it also crashed on my other devices, so it's not a problem with my computer). I contacted support again and they asked for a log file which I provided ..... That was the last I ever heard from them. I used their "Goodsync Support System" online to provide my log file on the 4th, enquire the progress on the 7th, ask how long I need to wait for a response on the 12th and now, on the 19th, inform them that I've had to purchase an alternative program. (which, incidently, has been excellent ... but I can't name it here as you would think I'm only writing this to promote it)

daily I synchronize about 80 devices

Ingenious, that I must no longer have to access directly to the affected devices. The overview in the dashboard is very good. The view on the status is very important to me. Automated synchronization is a big help for us.

For Well-Synced Teams

GoodSync provides feature such as data backup and file and activity log synchronization. GoodSync delivers what it advertised, a good data backup and synchronization. It is fairly easy to use and easy to maneuver around. Not much complications were faced with GoodSync.
