Customer service is a bit slow, it takes a while for support messages to be answered, but everything is fine, eventually we manage to find the job.

Our overall experience has been fantastic with Macrum Reflect. Once you get past the learning curve that new users experience the software is pretty much “Set & Forget”. We have had a couple weird issues here and there but did eventually figure them out. The backups are quite fast and having ransomware protection to restrict the backup partition to only be accessible by Macrium Reflect is also critical to my business. Hyper-V booting of backup images is also useful during disaster recovery operations where the physical computers are not present or were destroyed

see above! I've done COUNTLESS image restores and individual file recoveries using Macrium. It's a lifesaver!

I'm very happy with it. It's setup is flexible enough that I can set up father, son, grandfather aging.
