Easy to install and easy to use with amazing customer support

I looked at Nakivo initially as a supplemental backup solution, to go along side of our main solution. After the easy installation and ease of use, we have now shifted ideas and use Nakivo as primary backup for our NYC office. Setup overall was very easy, and the few issues I did have were quickly resolved by Nakivo support. They even remotely connected to assist, which did make everything easier. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of on prem or cloud backups.
