I liked the fact that it's open-source, free, and can conduct many statistical tests. R-Studio is more user-friendly to use than just R. There is also a large community that uses R, so it's helpful to have a greater community to glean insight and resources from.

R-studio is a very easy to navigate program that allows you to do every action in R but with the extra help and instruction. With this software, you can also adjust the settings to your liking so you can work comfortably. Very helpful tools allows questions to be answered quickly and informatively.

Overall it is a good IDE for R language and user-interface is best in it.

R is a great tool. The amount of packages that are offered within it is mind-boggling, and they all have countless capabilities. I use one called "psych" to do different statistical calculations on data. It's awesome.
