It is very easy to maintain software with great support.

The benefits of digitizing our records into a easy to use system has been a blessing to say the least. This shift has saved our employees so much time. It also has allowed us to implement district-wide procedures across all of our buildings that we were not able to do so in tha past!

We are currently working with Square9 on creating workflows to automate the flow of documents. Currently, it fits our needs without breaking the bank, but it looks like there is a lot of untapped potential in the system that we are currently working towards taking advantage of.
