I would receive 'tickets' through the system and then assign these to individuals to complete.
Easy to input requests. New users can quickly learn how to submit various requests. Also, attaching small files was easy. It can also handle thousands of requests and keeps great records. 10 year old 'tickets' were available in complete detail. Also allows everyone involved in ticket to conversations.

I could not keep track of the support at our school plus the assets deployed all over the 2 campuses without ServiceWise and AssetWise. Import and export tools are easy. When support is needed, it happens! The ability to customize as we go and the possibility of adding new fields, templates, etc is a plus. We do have a very unique environment and customization is a MUST for us.

Our experience with Exceed.ai has been a delight. Both the chat bot and the virtual assistant are feature rich and we are intrigued to see how well the AI responds to customers. Great website monitoring tool with in-depth features and accurate information
One of the immediate features I really like compared to other monitoring solutions is when a website URL is added as a monitor, the Rapid Spike application automatically identifies key pages throughout the site in the event you want specific pages monitored such as the Basket for example or Checkout. And that's in the free tier as well. The paid tier offers even more advanced features. The User Interface and graphical display is also really intuitive and displays data clearly without over complicating the information.

Great Mobility Tool

I've used Visage MobilityCentral for 4-5 years now, managing 4 different carrier accounts and a couple thousand active Wireless Users (in North America) within my company. Visage is easy to use and helps identify where we can save money on our cell phone needs.
I use it to reconcile by cell phone billing. Makes if very easy to download and review. I have 2 different carriers and close to 180 lines to using Visage helps greatly.
