I like the autonomic socially intelligent automated algorithms that perform discovery. These algorithms and engines are far better than all of the products I’ve ever used. As an industry recognized discovery and ITAM tool expert, and conference speaker, I have spent countless hours evaluating tools for diverse customers. In the end I’ve always needed a socially persistent tool that would continue to create and capture changes within an ecosystem from an inventory asset management perspective while maintaining CI dependencies and interdependencies. I’ve needed a tool that had a separate CMBD to create a baseline and maintain CI data hygiene, a repository that would store the application dependency mappings, business service mappings and views like infrastructure, communication and network topology. Virima does all of this. Reporting is another critical deliverable for my clients and Virima delivers there too. The dashboards, KPI‘s, and reporting capability is very mature and appreciated by all of my clients. I think one of the most important features is outside of the tool...and that is the customer service provided by Virima. If I need support with an issue or if I have questions about custom probes they are always responsive.

I can't really say much about this tool other than: it works, and it works well. Having tried a competitors offering, we found VictorOps to be the right balance of flexible, well-priced, and reliable. It has become an integral part of our operations. We use it with HipChat and find that it makes our incident response and tracking painless. And by painless, I mean it stays out of your way and lets you focus on the problem at hand.

Using VictorOps is like adding another member to your team. By removing the cumbersome problem of over-active alerts, which can cause some serious team fatigue which we experienced prior to using victor ops, you have the ability to add a number of important options relative to the alerts you have created. With the Transmogrifier you can filter through irrelevant alerts with great ease, delivering only the critical alerts to your team. This is of course a process that involves tuning and can take some time. We use Nagios as one of our monitoring tools and the integration with victor ops was seamless. Allowing us to quickly adapt to the ever changing environment that makes up our infrastructure.

Being able to funnel all of our alerts into 1 alerting system where we manage schedules is a great feature..but others have this. What really makes VictorOps shine is the timeline feature where you can see full history of alerts in a simple timeline view and then 'loop in' team members for help if needed.

Awesome Way to manage On Call

VictorOps has been used in our environment for over a year. This has been an invaluable tool to making sure our staff are aware of what's happening in the environment and pulling in alerts from a couple of different systems. The Transmorgrifier is my favorite feature that I cannot find anywhere else. We've completely transformed at least one custom alert so that our techs don't have to dig for relevant information, they can just find it right in front of them. The best non-replicable asset going, however, is the staff and the culture at VictorOps. They genuinely care about their customers and have even worked with us to develop an integration that we wanted to use in our environment.

One of the best integrated ERP for small & medium businesses

We have been using AntMyERP since October 2018. Before choosing this, we had subscribed to Zoho One. However, after more than a year, we couldn't move much as everything had to be built from scratch in Zoho. When we came across AntMyERP, the immediate response after taking the demo was that there are already so many functionalities built-in, that we can start using the ERP right from day one. As we subscribed, it took us around 3-4 months to start using the ERP effectively. First couple of months went in uploading the data and then we started with the service management. We found that the Document Management is a wonderful feature as it allows us to scan all the docs and save in the respective client logs such that they can be easily retrieved. And then the internal tasks between the team members followed with the lead management. There are many other features like Tally integration that we have not yet initiated. Overall we feel its a good choice we have made by choosing AntMyERP. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team are available to support whenever required, they have a superb support system with quick turnaround time when needed.
