Obkio is a simple Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting SaaS solution designed to monitor end-to-end network performance (from WAN to LAN), of all networks types (SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, Cloud) from the end user perspective. Obkio is designed to be distributed, and leverages Network Monitoring Agents and synthetic traffic to continuously identify the causes of intermittent VoIP, video, and applications slowdown in seconds. Obkio also uses SNMP to monitor network devices such as firewalls, switches, and routers. Identify the data you need to troubleshoot and ultimately improve the end-user experience. Obkio's centralized dashboard lets users visualize network data and performance graphs, and sends smart notifications. The experience quality feature converts network performance metrics into a quality score based on the end-user experience. Some of Obkio's key features include network metric measurement, VoIP monitoring, network assessment and troubleshooting, bandwidth monitoring, visual traceroutes, network analysis, historical auditing, and end-user simulation using synthetic traffic. Obkio enables team members to analyze network performance parameters in real time and compare it with historical data to identify trends. Some additional features includes Obkio's Visual Traceroute Tool, application monitoring tool which runs tests to report incidents and pinpoints intermittent issues., and cloud monitoring using agents located in major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and Google, to their Obkio account.

Middleware Grows Up
Having focused on middleware and process automation for quite some time, I have had the opportunity to review and use a number of platforms over the years. These range from incredibly cumbersome to overly simplistic and virtually unusable; on-prem to cloud and hybrid models. For years integration/middleware vendors have advertised that their product can be configured by the business analyst although this has been a reach at best. Boomi realizes this goal while also providing the ability to generate complex time sensitive integrations that leverage user defined code where needed. Boomi provides a comprehensive and growing support community to complement their internal product support that has been nothing but stellar. Response is quick and robust. While there is always more to be learned, Dell's Boomi is the product that we all envisioned but until now has been unavailable.

Used Boomi to connect our Newer versions of software to older Cloud legacy systems.
Was able to use the API connections with Boomi to integrate requests from acquired newer customer facing software to our existing legacy cloud systems to be able to handle the offerings without creating a new backend. This worked. It didn't always work great and it took some setting up, but once it was working it generally stayed working.

Go to Boomi if you want to innovate
Overall our experience with Boomi has been great. Integrations that have previously taken months to build, test and implement can now be done in weeks. Not only that but Boomi makes it easy to build modular integrations, so if one piece no longer works for you it can be easily replaced.

Very Good integration tool but need some improvements on specific area
I have very good experience of this tool on Application and Data Integration side. I love the way Boomi release and roll out the connectors and patch versions in all environments. However, I see some improvement needed on Application integration side related to Atom Queuing full compliant with JMS spec 2.0 version and also, some improvement needed on the Administration side for example there is no start/stop functionality on deployed process. Monitoring and management of Boomi process like if source or target system is down then automatically stop the bommi process and start it up automatically when target systems comes online.

Mission Control gives me more insight into managing my teams projects
Prior to Mission Control, we didn't have a handle on our overall projects. These were handled by sharing collaborative documents. Since Mission Control has been implemented, I'm able to oversee all projects, understand what is overdue or coming up, handle recurring meeting agendas, easily add time in the timesheet tab, and add costs associated to projects to keep track of time and budget. My team is more easily able to work together on projects and understand who is assigned what actions, when each action is due and how they are tracking. Mission Control customer service is also fantastic.

Mission Control is actively improved and they listen to their customers. I am always impressed by their amazing help support and their willingness to go the extra mile to improve their product and keep us happy. It is an easy to use project management system and I also find their Gantt chart really easy to use and understand and moving the deadlines is super flexible. I am looking forward to their latest release offering which is a retrospective board so we can reflect on our learnings from that project that has just finished.

The product is simple to use and comes with a comprehensive user handbook.

Datamolino is an excellent app
Datamolino is an excellent app that just gets on with its job and works as it's supposed to. I like the fact that it's cloud based so can be accessed from anywhere. It can read most documents we scan to it, including some of the most illegible ones, and it also handles sales as well as purchases. On the odd occasion that something goes wrong, or we have a query, the friendly support staff are always quick to respond, and go above and beyond to help us out and resolve the problem. Definitely the best support team for any software that we use.

I forward all the invoices I receive to Datamolino and they just appear in Xero. No longer do we maintain a shared google drive folder to keep it in sync. Just send it to Datamolino and it's done.

Integrates nicely with our Xero accounting software. Splits our invoices by line item so it's easy to track by cost account and job. Saves a lot of time so that as owners of our business we can really see our costs without a lot of time spent. We are saving money by not hiring a person for this level of detail. Great customer service, Datamolino helps us whenever we have a request.

Datamolino - Does What It Says On The Tin
I wanted to put on record not only what a great product Datamolino is, but they were one of the first companies to help us in a really difficult time. As a pub we use them to scrub all our invoices before passing them into Xero. The scrub has become better and better over time and saves me a huge amount of time. I used to use one of the other "scrubbers" so to speak, but found Datamolino much simpler to use and their app more user friendly. If we ever get the world back on tilt, we certainly will support this company as they have supported us, unlike some other well known suppliers.

We love that duplicates are shown up so that we do not waste time on invoices sent twice by clients and that scanned paperwork that is not an invoice is also put to one side and identified. We also love that the invoices already sent through to Xero are shown on the home page
