The good and the bad.
It's a great system and I've known people to have great experiences with it. But there are aspects including upload delays and auto data deletion that that be cause for concern enough for some to find another backup or archive method.

I have been using Efilecabinet since 2004. My work is so much easier being able to eliminate paper from my work process. Being able to email and encrypt files to clients is amazing. Also using the Secure Drawer integration with my tax clients eliminates having to mail documents.

Life Saver
When I was introduced to eFileCabinet three years ago we were using the desktop version, which I learned very quickly so I can say it is very user friendly. Last year we decided to switch to the online version and have loved every minute of it. The team at eFileCabinet are truly amazing and we can't speak enough good about them. We save so much time, money and stay more organized with eFileCabinet. Being able to have the online version has opened the doors for us to manage our files from anywhere we have a signal.

Good But Not Great
Once we transitioned over to the full SQL version everything ran much faster and the program was quite pleasant to use. Overall Efile Cabinet gets the job done, but there is definitely room for improvement with functionality and being user-friendly.

eFileCabinet is a great software if you like to integrate with 3rd party ones. It offers a good amount of time to free trial, so I do recommend checking it out.

Insurance & Financial practice
I have been using eFile for almost 2 years and consider myself fairly tech savvy. With eFile, any technical issue is usually resolved very quickly as their Tech support is top notch, but the actual web-based portal can occasionally be bothersome. File uploading is not as streamlined as I believe it could be. I must say that Recent improvement to the platform addressed some issues I had in the past with the original web-based version. I also find that I prefer some feature of the original version and some from the new version. The new version has a cleaner look to it, but unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to get the best of both versions. Regardless, I prefer this over paper files and my staff likes not digging through paper files also. I'm confident that the system will continue to be refined and should suit the needs of the majority of users.

Overall eFileCabinet has been a good experience. Support is very good and it is easy to get a hold of them. I do like the ease of being able to send documents to Secure Drawer. Some of our clients use that function to send us documents and they like the security of it and the ease of it. A lot of our clients are elderly farmers and they are really not into using computerzied equipment or software, but the ones that do, do like it.

Good versatile product
TOPdesk was to consolidate several systems we used across the group into one single source for all our IT Support needs. It has done this very well. The ability to have a self service portal and knowledge bases are great features we are building on a lot. The imeplementation was very good, straightforward, simple and no post implementation issues.

Powerful tool, poor support
I've been using Zema for 7 years working as a trading analyst and other roles. The software has a lot of functionalities and is a powerful data vehicle, however simple things around the customer service are tarnishing the overall experience. Lately we've been trying to add a new pricing curve and the messy and slow communication with the support team made something as simple as that to get dragging unsolved for months. we kept going in circles without been given clear explanation about the nature of the process, additional costs and time for implementation. Honestly, if our parent company wasn't tied up with an enterprise contract we'd definitely consider switching to different product .

Monitoring Made easy
I work for an MSP Logic Monitor has greatly simplified our monitoring issues, with the ability to place a collector anywhere and that doesn't require a VPN tunnel back to our office it has reduced our firewall maintenance cost greatly. The built it SNMP mib library has saved us countless hours trying import MIBs and trying to decide what to alert on. There are a few features that I would like to see implemented in a logic monitor, the ability to tie devices together so that if an ISP goes down we get one alert not 20 separate alerts for each device at that location. I would also like to see the creation of data sources be simplified, recently I attempted to create a data point that reported on a string and found it extremely difficult to have it report on more than one variable.

Our use case is centered on routers, switches, wlan and other infrastructure hardware components of the service-delivery stack as opposed to servers, applications, etc. Based on LogicMonitor's performance to-date, I would fully expect that we will expand its role. In selecting LogicMonitor, we heavily weighted factors related to administrative overhead and convenience. On both counts LogicMonitor gets the highest marks: 1)We no longer spend time installing a bloated monitoring application on a server (physical or otherwise) or fighting to upgrade any part of the application's components. 2)We no longer spend time sustaining remote access mechanisms that make it cumbersome to view our monitoring data...wherever and whenever that data is needed, a browser is all that is required. I highly recommend LogicMonitor as a source of powerful and valuable insight that can be leveraged to maximize the ROI of your IT service-delivery stack.
