I have enjoyed using CaptivateIQ so far. Overall, it is better than the manual process my team use to calculate and share commission.

I really like the feel of this software when I am using. It is informative in a sense that it provides sufficient details to the information that I am looking for, and it allows me to stay engaged with it by providing easy access to all of the inquiries that I have submitted to the support team. Nice little touches such as confetti when navigating to specific data makes this tool stand out.

The information layout is a huge improvement to the excel sheets our finance team used to track these things previously, and a self-serve portal is awesome for better, quicker accessibility.
