I was looking for a free software to tree for my vendor and clients and Concord came up. I signed up to see how it worked and Customer service contacted right away and helped me set it up. They have been great since. One on One support and I loved that they didn't try to upsell me for what I needed.

I have had an okay experience with it. I was looking for something to compete with Docusign but I don't feel it does the job

The interface is not that intuitive, to the point we have had to email people to confirm they received the emails.

I started using this to sign all forms of business documents. It really cuts down on time needed to get documents signed!

Concord is very intuitive and easy to use. It is great that you can upload previously executed documents as well as new ones. It is also an affordable system. The support staff are also very helpful.
