Docusign helps us work more efficiently. I have used many similar apps and docusign is what I prefer. I would never want to go back to analog documents. It's also earth friendly since there is no need to use paper or have printers, scanners, and fax using energy.

Overall, I like the service. The sales team are a little pushy and keep trying to get me to upgrade my membership to a enteprise liscence which is not really suitable for me as I only have a few users. The monthly price works for us. I like how you can link to other cloud based storage platforms so our contracts and letter's of engagement can be edited in google drive and linked easily.
