The software is extremely user friendly and the fact that they can cloud host is great. There is multiple ways to access the same options.

The interface, and the variety of features available. Especially liked the ability to use photos to highlight assets, and attach them to completed work orders.

Communication within our department is streamlined with WO assignment notifications and the use of MC Express by our technicians. Updates to work orders can be made in real time in MCX so the base office is aware as soon as repairs are completed. We can also directly email contractors of their new work orders and allow the requesters access to view the status of their requests. Also, the user support is timely and almost every time has responded with clear instructions for resolving our issues.

The first few classes were for beginners, it would be great to have more experienced class options, but it has been a great experience.

It's hard to narrow down what I like MOST! The service team is spectacular - they are always prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The software itself has been a huge help to our facility, the fact that it is a one stop shop for everything we need, has made managing work orders an incredibly smooth task.
