DocuSign has enhanced the document signing process. I used it for my freelance business to handle all my contracts, and clients loved how easy the process for them was. It has automatically removed the need to print, scan or mail documents, thus saving me time and money.

Overall, we have been very happy with Docusign as the return on investment has exceeded expectations by reducing printing costs, and reducing time spent in having to print, capture the signature, scan the document in, etc.

The sales team are a little pushy and keep trying to get me to upgrade my membership to a enteprise liscence which is not really suitable for me as I only have a few users. The monthly price works for us. I like how you can link to other cloud based storage platforms so our contracts and letter's of engagement can be edited in google drive and linked easily.
