First and foremost, the platform is incredibly user friendly! The home screen makes navigation easy and I can keep it as surface level or in depth as I like. As the main admin I am able to make adjustments to all the settings and assign users to different levels of abilities. I love the auto-reminders and status updates. Additionally, I love that I can see the progress of a document. After it is sent, I can open the pending document and see if the signer has viewed it. I can also see how much of the document has been completed, which allows for easy tracking and time management. My absolute favorite thing is how quickly the team works to get everything running smoothly. I've only had 2-3 times where the system was down or there was an issue and within 5 minutes it is always up and running again.

The application is easy to prepare eSign contracts and send to the client for execution.

We had been paying more for another service. There, the credit card on file expired. Instead of reaching out for a different form of payment the other company cancelled our subscription and required a 300% raise in our subscription to re-join. That was insane, so we found eSign Genie and now I can't even remember the name of the other folks. The team here actually mention often how glad they are to have the software.

I have to move document esigning to other free app, aside that i love foxit more than those other app

Overall it was very useful to me and secure. I knew I could use it beuth out worry but now it's a paid feature I can no longer use it and that is greatly dissapointing.
