Before I was emailing a form to have my clients then print out, sign, scan, and email the form back. The problem was if people didn't have a printer or their print was not working causing delays.

The entire platform is very user-intuitive and easy to set up. I've used multiple E-sign softwares (set up and end-user) and eSign Genie is by far the easiest from an Administrative standpoint.
