My experience has been wonderful. I needed a software that was HIPAA compliant, affordable and easy to use. I could not find another one to accomplish the same things at this price. The competitors would not give a Business Associate Agreement unless and Enterprise Plan was selected which tend to be pricey.

From initial enquiry to being a content user of the product I cannot find any major annoyances. The few little 'wishes' are more than likely down to my lack of familiarity with the product and I suspect that in time I will find that the things I 'wish' I could do, I actually can do :-)

Foxit eSign is sooo easy to use. It is simple to set up templates and send to multiple signers. I LOVE that I can enforce signing sequences too. All in all, it does everything I need it to do for a fraction of the price of competitors. I send out tons of envelopes daily and it is super easy and quick.

eSign Genie is a great tool! Easy implementation, and most important, the real time (chat) support we receive every time we have questions. They also email a transcript of the chat for your future references. The sales team along with the customers find it very easy to use! I highly recommend this signing tool.
