Issue with renewal, customer service and follow up procedures

Customer service is hardly available, phone waits are outrageously long. Every option to being transfer on the recorder prompts back to an initial menu unless you pick specific options. As I am writing this today, I already called thrice for an issue we've been having since October and this is for a renewal already approved, with a set quotation and pricing already agreed upon. We ran out of envelopes because of this and can't work properly. I have been waiting on a chat response for over an hour as well. We receive emails regarding the tickets and we respond, but don't get a follow up back even though we give our approval on the solution to our issue. The experience was definitively better when it was under eSign Genie. I don't know why you offer a renewal if you are not going to comply when we gave a green light months ago.

Very inexpensive and simple platform to use

It was very easy to set up the documents with prefilled information, and send the documents to multiple parties for signature. Overall it is a good platform and is offered at a decent price compared to other e-signing platforms.
