I like the organization of the folders and cabinets. Like the idea of the app and being able to share... although those are awful.

Terrible enough that I tried for 2 months to cancel my subscription to which the customer service agents wouldn’t let me. They kept telling me I signed a yearly contract but could never provide me with a signed contract. I was paying a monthly fee not a yearly one, if I want to cancel the subscription I should be able to since nothing in the contract stated otherwise. They kept arguing with me and eventually I just canceled my credit card because I was tired of dealing with a company that only cared about their profit.

Overall, I had many customers using efile, not it is down to 2, and they will not renew at the next renewal. The cost is just too high for the service provided.

In the beginning I did find it somewhat entertaining.
