Great product that works
I was able to get it set up for a couple of computers and test backing up and restoring local and to the cloud. No issues, everything works. When i reach out to the support team, they respond. Glad i found MSP360.

Flexible tool for backups - we use it every day
It is a solid offering in the MSP space. The interface and errors are a bit clunky at times. Support is not the fastest.
