I love the fact that I can create one virtual machine image that is device agnostic and then apply platform packs that contain all of the drivers for any machine I have. I also love that the licenses are perpetual. SmartDeploy has some more really need feature coming down the line that I am excited to start using such as the ability to deploy 3rd-party applications.
