I have been using Smart Deploy for about a year now and it is so much more reliable for imaging then applications I have used in the past. Their Support is fantastic and they have added fantastic features to keep up with the ever-changing IT world.

Our overall deployment has been cut down dramatically. The RTO is excellence, this software is a no brainer for us. I enjoy this much more than using Symantec Ghost.

Super easy company to work with over all. All in all this software is for an admin that can't get sccm or doesn't have the time to setup WDS/MDT.

Not having to search around the office for a specific desktop, disconnecting everything, carrying it back to my office, re-imaging it, carrying it back to its proper destination, and reattaching all the wiring makes my life a ton easier. All I have to do is select the computers I want to image, and deploy the image. It also made our migration from windows 7 to 10 really easy.
